Bourbon Barrel Coffee Joy(and Cacao.)
In January of 2017 we offered 40 drafts at our taproom anniversary party. Of those 40, Bourbon Barrel coffee joy was the quickest to sell out. Then and there we began planning to get it into bottles. The secret to success is the patient wait for watershed bourbon barrels to do their work. After a year in oak we infuse dire wolf with mountains of hand toasted coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla bean, and one line coffee’s method espresso blend.
