We’ll be taking over the Taproom, Patio and Hickory Events space with a stellar draft list that includes 40+ unique beers. Style: Blend of 100% Barrel Aged Beer
ABV: 11.6%Description: Each year we blend a selection of barrel aged beers to create a unique cuvee for our anniversary. This year we have married Bourbon Barrel Dire Wolf, Maple Barrel Dire Wolf, Bourbon Barrel Lil' Nippert, and Weller Barrel Tripel Whiskey. The beer exudes notes of maple, honey, and dark chocolate with a pleasing bourbon heft and gentle warming on the finish. Cheers to Nine Years!

Chocolate Cherry Blanton's Barrel Dire Wolf

Description: We brewed Dire Wolf and fermented it with tart Montmorency cherries, then aged it in Blanton's barrels for 19 months. The beer is further finished with single-origin cacao nibs and Ugandan vanilla.

Weller Tripel Whiskey

Description: We've taken our Belgian Tripel and aged it in some of the best barrels we could get our hands on - W.L. Weller Bourbon. The beer was aged for 21 months before seeing the light of day again. The flavor is best described as bourbon flavored honey, with subtle hints of pear, banana, and clove and a healthy underpinning of oak and vanilla character.

Heaven Hill Lil' Nippert
