Join us on Saturday, February 11th for Barrel Aged Brunch with the Brewmaster, a ticketed beer & food collaboration event that's also an exclusive sneak peek of beers featured in the upcoming Winter Bottle Release!

Our Brewmaster, Chris, teamed up with our amazing chef team to curate a pairing brunch showcasing a unique lineup of barrel aged beers that are masterfully incorporated in the dishes they're featured alongside. Chris will lead guests through a guided tasting of five beers as they enjoy course by course.

  • Event Date/Time: February 11th @ 10:30am

  • Location: Hickory Room at Wolf's Ridge, events space adjacent to our main Dining Room.

  • Ticket Cost: $65 + tax per person includes 3-course brunch, beer flight of 5 & gratuity. Get tickets!

Welcome Beer: Bourbon Barrel Aged All the Breakfast

Course 1:

  • Beer: 17-year Dickel Barrel Aged Lil' Nippert (Barrel Aged Barleywine)

  • Dish: Welsh rarebit- Buckeye Bread Company sourdough, aged cheddar barleywine cheese sauce

Course 2:

  • Beer: Bourbon Barrel St. Francis (Barrel Aged Belgian Quad)

  • Dish: Scrapple - Beer braised pork belly, poached egg Shagbark Mills grits, Black Radish Creamery catlett cheese, smoked chestnut relish, preserved tomato, Milligan's bourbon barrel maple syrup

Course 3:

  • Beer: Cognac Finish Coffee Cherry Vanilla Dire Wolf

  • Dish: Dire Wolf Panna Cotta- Black cherry coffee jam, bourbon walnut crumble

Final Beer: Double Barrel Dire Wolf: Fortified (Cognac Finished Dickel Bourbon & Port Wine Barrel Aged Stout.)
