Terre du Sauvage Green is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye and then fermented with a blend of saison yeast, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus. Post-fermentation, we dry hop green with whole cone Ekuanot hops. The hops impart exceptionally juicy orchard fruit notes of pear, apple, and peach. Acidity and brett character will increase with age.
Naturally conditioned in the bottle. Store cool. Pour carefully.
