  • Cream of Parsnip Soup - Parsnip, cream, savory herbs,
    pale malt oil drizzle

  • Mixed Green Salad - Mixed greens, shallot, lardons,
    Sartori reserve balsamic BellaVitano, barleywine vinaigrette

Second Course (Choose One):

  • Tomahawk Chop - Barleywine brined pork, Aleppo honey butter, confit potatoes, braised carrots

  • Salmon - Pan-seared salmon with crispy skin, tarragon
    brown butter, parsnip oat puree, brussels sprout

  • Cauliflower Steak - Cauliflower, Australian sharp cheddar cheese espuma, pickled walnuts, truffle cauliflower veloute
