February 13th - Beer Dinner (tickets required - $80 per person). 4-course Menu with Beer Pairings:
Amuse:
Carrot Parfait - with carrot paint
First Course:
White Onion Soup - with tobacco onions
Second Course:
Midwestern Frogleg Cake - with IPA aioli
Third Course:
Chicken Roulade - stuffed with pawpaw stuffing topped with a 19th century bbq relish and veloute sauce
Fourth Course:
Chocolate Bar - with toasted almond milk sherbert, dreamboat cocoa foam and chocolate tuile
February 14th & 15th - Prix Fixe, 3-course Menu, $70 per person (this will be the only menu available):
First Course (Choose One):
Mixed Green Salad - shaved shallots, satori reserve balsamic bellavitano cheese, strawberries, creamy balsamic dressing
Creamy Sweet Potato Soup - drizzled with a honey smoked paprika gastrique, cornbread croutons
Second Course (Choose One):
10oz. Pork Osso Buco - served over white bean puree and gremolata
Pan Seared Salmon - with winter ratatouille and herbs de provence
Gnocchi - with parm brodo, sauteed wild mushrooms, herbs and parm cheese
Third Course (Choose One):
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Mousse Cake - strawberry tuile, champagne sorbet
Rosemary Vanilla Cream Puff - with hefeweizen chantilly
