We kicked off this journey in September 2013, and It’s been an amazing 6 years filled with beer, food, good times and even better people!
Wolfstock will be an all day, 6 year anniversary celebration at WRB, featuring live local music, a 40+ beer draft list, special food menu, games and an exclusive bottle release lineup! In addition to opening the Taproom and Hickory Room for the party/bottle release at 10am, we will also be closing down E Hickory st. and the adjacent parking lot for some outdoor fun, live music and fundraising at 12pm (all draft proceeds outside will be donated to The Dick & Jane Project)!
We’ll be sharing more details of the party over the coming weeks, so please stay tuned for updates as they roll in!
Bottle Sale (ticketed based on line outside/first come first serve): Begins at 10:30am on the ramp in the Taproom (groups of 20 at a time).***We will not be featuring a ticketed early bird party.
Wolfstock Outdoor Party 12pm-8pm: We’re taking to the streets! E. Hickory st. and the adjacent parking lot will be shut down to expand the party, featuring live music, food, beer and games! All draft proceeds from the outdoor setup will be donated to The Dick & Jane Project. No tickets, no cover required, this is completely open to the public (access to the outdoor party will be at the intersection of E. Hickory st & N. 4th st).
*Important note: there’s a lot going on at this party, so for clarification, those interested in purchasing specialty bottles are encouraged to come earlier and line up outside the Taproom garage door. We will open both our Taproom AND Hickory Room at 10 am to those lined up, at which point guests will receive a # ticket that places them in order for the bottle sale. The ticket acts as an order form for bottles and also puts you in line for the sale, which begins at 10:30 with #’s 1-25 (on the ramp in the Taproom)!
Beers for sale
3-2-1 Double Barrel Dire Wolf (8oz bottle/$12 for a single, or $10 ea for 4+/6 pp allotment) – 3 spirits, two barrels, one delicious beer. Our Russian Imperial Stout aged over a year in Tawny Port barrels, then another 8 months in Watershed Bourbon Barrel Nocino Barrels. The Watershed barrels held bourbon for 4 years, then their Nocino black walnut liqueur for another year before coming to us. The beer is rich and chocolatey with bright red fruit and caramel vinous notes, and bold cinnamon and walnut character with hints of coconut and bourbon up front.
⧫ Bourbon Barrel Dire Wolf (22oz bottle/$18/4 pp allotment) – Our inaugural barrel aged imperial stout offering makes a triumphant return after 2 years of hibernation! Enjoy this Watershed Bourbon Barrel aged beer in all its glory without any infusion ingredients or adjuncts.
⧫ Bourbon Barrel Canis Mexicanus (22oz bottle/$20/2 pp allotment) – After a year of aging in Watershed Bourbon Barrels, our imperial stout is infused with one line coffee beans, cacao nibs, vanilla, and a blend of chilis. The resulting brew is spicy, yet nuanced.
⧫ Knob Creek Barrel Aged Dire Wolf (22oz bottle/$22/1 pp allotment): We aged our imperial stout in a 14 year old Knob Creek Bourbon Barrel for 10 months. The resulting beer has a deep, rich bourbon profile that’s potent, but balanced. Heavy notes of caramel, oak chocolate intermingle with hints of coconut and char.
