The virtual release: we’re dropping three new barrel aged beers through our online shop at 3p sharp Sunday, June 27th! All special release beers can be found under the "shop" section on our top navigation bar. This is an online only release, home delivery for orders is available starting 6/29 and Taproom curbside pickup is available starting 7/1!
The lineup:
Bourbon Barrel Dire Wolf: We took our imperial stout and aged it for a year in Knob Creek Bourbon barrels. The beer is brimming with deep malty character: chocolate, roast, espresso, and caramel. The barrel then layered rich notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of warming sweetness to the beer. No adjuncts needed, this beer is delightfully complex and rich on it’s own!

Breakfast Barrel Dire Wolf: For 12 months our Imperial Stout has been resting in organic maple syrup barrels that formerly held apple brandy. We then conditioned the beer on vanilla and a blend of Colombia Cafe La Victoria and Guatemala Quisache coffees from One Line Coffee

Saison Pesca Bianca: This Saison was brewed using Haus Malts Ohio grown Barley and Heirloom Einkorn then aged in neutral oak barrels with brettanomyces for over a year. We then refermented the beer with Italian White peaches. The result is dry and full of bright peach aroma with a dusty brett character that will continue to develop with time.

We’re tapping all three beers in the Taproom on Thursday, June 24th, along with a few other vintage BA brews we’ve had stowed away the past year (full draft list coming + we're hoping to have enough to go around to keep these beers on tap all weekend while supplies last!)
