• Extended Age Bourbon Barrel Dire Wolf

  • After quietly aging bourbon for over 12 years, this single barrel was then home to a batch of Dire Wolf for over 18 months. Extended maturation every step of the way has produced stout with exemplary nuance and depth of flavor.

• Rum Barrel Coquito

  • Inspired by a popular holiday drink in Puerto Rico called coquito, we took dire wolf that had aged in Jamaican Rum barrels for a year then conditioned it on a blend of island spices.

• Rye Barrel Lord Maris

  • We aged our English Barleywine Lord Maris, he of the 8 hour boil, in Echo Spirits Rye Whiskey barrels for a year. Rich and malty with moderate barrel heft and fresh oak character.
