For our 10 year, we have combined fresh Dire Wolf with Maple Knob Creek Dire Wolf, Blanton’s Barrel Dire Wolf, our Weller barrel-aged Belgian Tripel, and Lord Maris Barleywine. This blend is sure to delight!

10 Year Heaven Hill St. Francis: Belgian quad aged in bourbon barrels - We matured our Belgian Quad for two years in rare barrels that previously aged Heaven Hill bourbon for 10 years. Layers of oak and vanilla compliment notes of fig, raisin, toffee and maple. Deeply rich and complex, yet smooth to sip.
